QES Academic Press supports responsible scholarly publishing through clear policies, due process, transparent corrections and protection of the scholarly record.

Core publisher-level principles

• Authorship and contributorship should be accurate and transparent.
• Conflicts of interest and funding should be disclosed.
• Research involving humans or animals should include appropriate ethics information where required.
• Allegations of misconduct should be assessed fairly and confidentially.
• Corrections, retractions and other post-publication updates should be issued when warranted.
• Editorial decisions should remain independent from inappropriate commercial influence.
